Terms and Conditions

• First payment should accompany your subscription agreement, thereafter, your card will be charged automatically yearly or quarterly, according to your subscription billing arrangement for as long as your contract is active.
• No shipments will be made unless payment is made in advance.
• Subscriber acknowledges that the use of the NEVCO SYSTEM videos in nonexclusive, nonrefundable, single site license, solely for the use of the subscriber’s staff at the address indicated below. Subscriber shall not reproduce, in whole or in part, any of the NEVCO SYSTEM videos or facilitator guides.
• The educational video may be used for as long as contract is active.
• Subscriber will pay all return shipping costs and obtain insurance of $200.00 per video. UPS shipment is recommended.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew itself at the end of the twelve (12) months unless cancelled in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of this subscription by either party.
• If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your subscription, you may cancel within thirty (30) days of your start date.
• Return Policy: If you receive a damaged video you may return it within 60 days and receive a new video at no extra charge. Any video returned after 60 days will be billed a $25 replacement fee.
• Exchanges: If you decide to exchange a video during your subscription period you must return the current video prior to receiving the new video. The new video will not be sent until the exchanged video is received by NEVCO.
• Updates: State mandated programs may be updated as often as every 2-3 years. If a program that you are currently subscribing to updates, we will send you the updated program at no additional charge.
